By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
1.1 The Site and all of its content, including without limitation its design, text, graphics, logos, screenshots, source code, and the projects presented on it, such as Bulldog (collectively, the “Materials”), are owned by plause and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
1.2 All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved. Except as permitted in Section 5, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from the Materials without our prior written permission.
1.3 Requests for permission to use any of the Materials may be sent as described in Section 10.
2. Publicly Available Source Code

3. Your Content
3.1 Any message, bug report, screenshot, file, or other material you submit to us (“Your Content”) remains your property. We claim no ownership of Your Content, and we use it only to respond to you or to address the matter you raised.
3.2 Information you create or store using our applications likewise remains yours. For example, Bulldog stores your schedule and notes on your own device, and that information belongs to you.
4. Third-Party Trademarks
Names, logos, and marks of third parties appearing on the Site, including those of the University of Minnesota and Canvas, are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by those owners.
